Dharma is a Sanskrit term
which means our work in the world. When we are in our dharma, there is a way that we are
aligned with the universe and we are doing what we are here to do.
Darci's Dharma is to help
people be in their bodies, to live healthy and happier lives. "I do
this using my; skills as a spa owner, working with my staff, who have
their own gifts and talents, training them in Ayurveda treatments,
helping them to hone and refine their skills to serve as a community,
offering workshops, retreats, facilitating Pancha Karma and doing my own
inner work."

I moved to the beautiful
island of Kaua'i in 2005 to study at The Pacific Center For Awareness
and Bodywork. I learned to combine deep structural integration work with
awareness of the whole body, mind and spirit. I love deep tissue and
lomi lomi work, and have the ability to read your body to know what
level of depth to take it to to allow for both deep relaxation and
muscle release.

"Adam
trained as a massage therapist here on Kaua'i at the Pacific Center for
Awareness and Bodywork in 2010. Beyond his original training in deep
tissue and structural bodywork, Adam completed a prestigious 10 day
Hawaiian Lomi Lomi training to learn the highly sought after and
respected Lomi Lomi massage. He enjoys giving nourishing Lomi lomi and
Ayurveda Abhyanga massage blending deep relaxation and release of
tension.
When not working as a massage therapist, Adam spends much of his time in
the garden deepening his learning about small scale permaculture-based
agriculture and homesteading, cooking, exploring Kaua'i amazing ocean
and beaches, practicing yoga and playing guitar."

As an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Massage Therapist, I assist
clients in returning to their true nature through nurturing and
rejuvenating bodywork. I believe the body has a truly amazing ability to
heal Itself when given the opportunity. I have chosen to work in the
field of Ayurveda and healing for the purpose of bringing healing and
awareness to peoples lives so that they can realize their unique life
path and contribute their gifts to the world we live in.
I am a graduate of The Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico, where I
studied under Dr. Vasant Lad, and have traveled extensively throughout
India, studying with renowned Ayurvedic doctors and scholars. I am also
a graduate of Cortiva Institute of Massage in Seattle.
My other great joy in life is caring for my daughter, Amulya. As
residents of Kaua’i, we are truly grateful to be here; exploring this
island, it’s people and all of the sensory delights it offers.
